We aim to ship all products out within 3-5 working days via tracked courier.

Shipping rates are currently only selected for the UK and Ireland. If you wish to have our products shipped outside of these regions then please use the Contact Form to get in touch and we can provide you with a quote for shipping costs.

Our online shop offers a 14-day return policy for all items purchased, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. In the case of faulty goods, we will offer a replacement or refund, whichever is preferred by the customer.
